We are looking for a young and proactive trainee for 2025 in Front Office Department (Guest Relations).

• Be able to do the check ins for our RCS & CEM Guests according to the company standards
• Rooming of the guests
• Be present on the lobby to speak/help the guests
• To be able to deal with complaints/challenges (simple ones)
• Prepare on a daily basis VIP lists and respective Welcome Cards.
• Answer GSS.

Required Languages:

• Portuguese (mandatory)
• English fluent
• Spanish highly appreciated
• Any other language will be a plus
