What You'll Do:

• Design Excellence: Lead the architectural design process for a variety of projects, from residential to commercial, ensuring innovative and functional solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong command of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building materials. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications, utilizing your knowledge of relevant software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit).
• Regulatory Compliance: Navigate the Portuguese building codes and regulations with ease, ensuring all projects adhere to local standards and obtain necessary permits.
• Project Management: Oversee project execution from concept to completion, coordinating with contractors, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Local Network: Leverage your established relationships with local builders, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate efficient project execution and secure competitive bids.
• Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their vision and providing expert guidance throughout the design and construction process.
