We are looking for a young and proactive trainee for 2025 in Front Office Department (Concierge).

• Learn how to reply to guests written direct requests (e.g. email, Starguest requests. Ambassadors requests) using luxury collection language and Concierge procedures;
• Interact to genuinely respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction;
• Respond to guests requests for special arrangements or services (e.g. transportation, reservations);
• Gather, summarize and provide relevant information to guests about the property – upsell services;
• Create and transform specific information about the destination (eg. Concierge Newsletter, Marketing support).

• Portuguese (mandatory)
• English fluent
• Spanish highly appreciated
• Any other language will be a plus
