We are looking for Sales Assistant for our office located in Galé, Vale de Parra, Albufeira.

• Communicative;
• Responsible and assiduous;
• Attention to detail;
• Creative and versatile;

• Experience as a Sales Assistant will be valued;
• Fluent English and Portuguese spoken and written are essential;
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Capacity of organisation and time management.

• Greeting clients and answering the telephone;
• Managing a client database and updating it on a regular basis;
• Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems;
• Answering queries;
• Preparing correspondence;
• Assisting in preparing real estate documents and forms;
• Preparing, posting, and updating property listings;
• Performing other duties as assigned.
