Job Description
As a Digital Learning Developer Trainee, you will design and develop engaging digital learning experiences, leveraging your expertise in instructional design, graphic design, and authoring tools. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Instructional Designers, Project Coordinators, and Topic Matter Experts (e.g., Engineers or Business Experts) to bring learning solutions to life.
In your new role, you will:- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to integrate graphics and visual elements into storyboards
- Develop engaging digital learning products, including interactive e-learning modules, videos, and multimedia content
- Create user interfaces, interactive elements, and visual designs that cater to different learning styles
- Utilize authoring tools for e-learning and multimedia content
- Be responsible for audio synchronization
- Perform consistent quality checks to ensure training materials meet standards and are user-friendly
- Ensure compliance with Infineon's design and brand guidelines
- Communicate directly with our customers to build long-lasting relationships
Your Profile
You are passionate about visual communication and about creating innovative learning experiences that inspire and engage others. You are a proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail. You are also a quick learner and a team player who is eager to grow and develop your skills as part of a dynamic team.
You are best equipped for this task if you:- Have a degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication, Instructional Design, Marketing, or equivalent fields
- Feel comfortable using PowerPoint and have experience or willingness to learn how to use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline to develop online training
- Are curious about new topics and enjoy sharing knowledge in a simple and engaging manner
- Have previous experience in training and e-learning development (a plus)
- Have the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and functions, adapt to changing project requirements, and meet deadlines
- Are fluent in English (mandatory). Knowledge of German is a plus
