Adecco - Digital Production Planner

Adecco Recruitment is currently recruiting a Digital Production Planner for a globally recognized company in the footwear industry, located in Santa Maria da Feira.

• Manage the end-to-end product image and photography pipeline, prioritizing high-quality, timely asset delivery.
• Plan and coordinate production processes to ensure efficient capacity utilization.
• Efficiently coordinate team deliverables, assigning tasks, managing end-to-end timelines, and anticipating cross-functional business needs.
• Maintain organizational efficiency, clear communication, and logistical coordination, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain a robust reporting structure, identify issues early, implement solutions, and provide transparent status updates, using reporting and analytics systems to track progress, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
• To manage data, maintain and update master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• To ensure scalability, consistency, and efficiency across all teams involved to support organizational goals and objectives.

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Project Coordination/Management, Supply Chain, Production Planning or similar role.
• Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, fostering collaboration and understanding between different departments, both onsite and remotely.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
