We are looking for our next IT Project Manager:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related;
Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are highly desirable;
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role;

-In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and information systems;

Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana;
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation;
Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives;
Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies;
Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban;

-Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
-Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely;

Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members;
Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Ability to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently;
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;

-Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness;

Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest project management trends and best practices;
Fluent in English.
