Currently, we are seeking a Project Manager who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.
Responsibilities:Define the delivery plan according to the capacity of the team; Control the delivery plan and work with the team to ensure that work is completed in time and as per plan; Run the team daily calls; Resolve team impediments; Track project risks, issues, actions; Control projects are delivered as per defined process; Keep project folder updated for audit purposes; Communicate project status; Collect approval for new project initiatives.
Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in project management; Technical background or comfortable around data engineering; Outstanding capability to manage different profiles under the same team, and convert their interactions into useful contributions (build a team); Outstanding communication skills, to convey project status in both high-level and detail; Ability to follow on multiple tasks autonomously and at the same time without confusing the team; Ability to keep work, tasks and documents organized; Continuous improvement mindset; Fluent level of English.
