Lead the technical team in developing new features and products.
Ensure the quality, security, and performance of applications.
Serve as the technical expert in PHP, Laravel, Linux (CentOS), and Livewire.
Define and implement development best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and business requirements.
Mentor the development team, fostering learning and technical growth.

Perfil ideal

Proven experience in backend development with PHP and Laravel.
Advanced knowledge of Linux (CentOS) systems and server administration.
Hands-on experience with the Livewire framework.
Strong skills in system architecture and software design.
Experience leading development teams.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving focus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
