• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, resources, budget, and milestones to ensure successful project completion.
• Oversee the creation of detailed specifications and test plans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets industry standards.
• Lead IT teams, facilitate effective communication, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure software products meet specified requirements and quality standards, managing the entire software development lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all deliverables undergo rigorous quality assurance processes.
• Develop and secure a comprehensive migration strategy, coordinate data migration and system integration, ensure smooth transition to production, and provide follow-up support to stabilize the new system.
